By participating in any event organized by 4Reasonz Inc., all players, coaches, team representatives, parents, guardians, and attendees acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the event.
4Reasonz Inc., its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and any associated venues or partners shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in or attendance at the event, regardless of cause.
By participating, all individuals waive any right to pursue legal action against 4Reasonz Inc. and its affiliates for any reason.
Team representatives also confirm that they have communicated the waiver to all parents and guardians of participants, ensuring they understand that by allowing their child to play in the event, they waive any liability against Phoenix Events and all associated stakeholders.
