We accept credit, debit, and certified cheques only. All payments are processed through our website and are subject to a 13% tax.

A processing fee of 3% + $0.30 CAD will be applied at checkout.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days prior to the event will result in a credit, less the administration fee of $300.00

Admission is required for all Phoenix events and is payable at the door.

  • Children: 10 under: Free
  • Seniors: 65+: Free
  • Adults: (18-64): $15/day
  • Students: (11-17): $10/day with valid student card
aDMISSION FEES
  • Your wristband is valid for the entire day and grants access to all game locations on that day.
  • We accept cash, debit or credit payments
wHAT tO bRING
  • Comfortable seating (if you’d prefer not to use bleachers).
  • Cash or cards for purchases at the concession stand or other on-site vendors.
  • Don’t forget your Phoenix gear to show your support!
Parking
  • Free parking is typically available at event venues.
  • Spaces may fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving early.
Accessibility
  • If you require specific accommodations, please check the event details to ensure the venue meets your needs.
  • Most event venues are wheelchair accessible.
Food & Drinks
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
  • A concession stand will be available on-site with snacks and drinks for purchase.
Zero Tolerance Policy
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse toward staff, officials, and players.
  • Yelling, insults, or causing disruptions will result in removal from the event without a refund.
